We have been 5 times with our wonderful daughter. She just turned 17 months. The 1st time was kind of weird. We knew how to "do" WDW and we new how to "do" Kaleigh, but putting the 2 together was a new experience.
We like to follow her lead. Some days, she wants to ride on the rides, but has no patience to wait in any kind of a line. We choose the shortest lines we can find and ride those. We don't baby swap. We will wait until we can all ride together or have someone to watch Kaleigh, like this past December.
Kaleigh loves to walk!!! We spend a lot of time just letting her walk where she wants. One time she walked me right onto the Imagination ride in Epcot. She loves Figment!!!!!!
Kaleigh also likes to try new foods. We use the World Showcase as a way to expose her to different foods. This past trip she ate cous cous and lentil salad in Morocco.
Make sure you take advantage of the baby centers in each of the parks. They are much nicer than the bathrooms for changing you little one. You can even take a break and watch some TV or play with some toys. They also have highchairs and just about everything you could possbily need for a baby for sale.
Kaleigh loves the characters, so they are important for us to find, especially Pooh.
We try to keep to a somewhat regular schedule for her. Bedtime is about an hour later than at home. Naps are in the stroller unless she is really tired, then we go back to the room.
We try to keep everything low key. We don't try to visit all the parks or do everything in the parks.
