I don't have the exact numbers but this should give you a rough idea. We did the hydration suite about a year ago and as I recall it flowed more or less like this (I recognize this doesn't quite add up to 130 minutes but I think some time might get eaten up by consultation, changing, etc):
~10 mins: Foot bath (you sit side by side and each of you has an attendant that scrubs your feet/calves in a basin)
~20 mins: Private spa time (this *might* be a little longer but it's definitely not like an hour long)
~75 mins: Massage treatment of your choice
~15 mins: Tea time (private)
When we did it, the woman gave us the option to cut down the spa time if we wanted slightly longer massage time, which we chose to do. I suppose you might be able to push things in the other direction and ask for slightly longer spa time if you wanted it at the expense of the massage time?
