We are currently platinum and have enjoyed the majority of our cruises on the Wonder. We will be on the 4-night Wish cruise for the first time in December with a sea day, Lookout Cay, Castaway Cay.

Is Palo Steakhouse brunch only offered on the sea day? Would you think the "free" brunch would be worth the time or do you think it would be better for us to use the time to explore, do activities, meet characters, etc?

Does the Wish have a ship tour? If yes, it is worth the time?

I think I read that the 2 stories on the Aqua Mouse are random. Is that correct? Wondering if it's better to ride on different days or consecutively until you see both.

We feel very out of our depth for this ship and it's such a short cruise we are trying to figure out how to prioritize!
🙂
Thank you in advance!!!

We are platinum and I was not able to get palo brunch for our 3 day wish sailing just because there are so many more concierge rooms that it gets booked up mostly by them and Pearl takes what’s left. They did it on our Nassau day so they may do it for 2 days on a 4 night wish, hopefully someone else can answer that for you. You can use the Palo platinum credit towards dinner instead which is what we did. They have a prix fixe menu you can choose from that is the same price as the platinum credit or you can put the credit towards Ala carte menu items.

We have found that coming back a bit early around 2pm from the private island before changing out of your bathing suits is the best time to ride the Aquamouse as it tends to have a shorter line. Sea days always have a longer line for the slides or you can go in the evening if you want to skip a show. I don’t love pirate night on the top deck and being squished in with everyone so I enjoyed a very empty haunted mansion bar instead (sorry this advice is only for the treasure not the wish). Although the Star Wars lounge I’m sure would not be as crowded either.

They do have a tour of the ship I don’t remember if they still call it “the Art of the Theme tour” but it does give nice insight to the design choices made for the ship. It will be hard to do and see it all.

ETA: correct the lounge information.

The story is only on the lift hill of the Aqua Mouse. There are screens that show a cartoon with the characters drawn like how they are drawn on Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. It’s isn’t really super important to the ride.

There’s no Haunted Mansion bar on Wish. It’s Hyperspace Lounge (Star Wars bar) . It isn’t like Oga’s in the park. The big feature is screen behind bar that jumps to different SW planets.

They should have a pirate night menu on 4 night cruise. It’s the same on all the ships that do pirate night. It’s not super popular so that would be a good Palo dinner night if you can’t get brunch.

The 3 dining rooms -1923, World of Marvel which has a screens with Marvel characters and a special in person guest, Arendelle - Frozen live dinner show.

I don’t think they would do brunch on the 2 Disney Islands days .

Also that should be a Merry Time Cruise so the characters will have Christmas outfits, plus Pirate outfits, they will different outfits on the islands too.

4 days is so short . It really is hard to get dinner or brunch on short ones. They don’t do brunch on sea days the servers are out on the islands.

We did the tour. It shows a lot of art work and about the light in the Grand Hall. It was interesting and really not that long. They give you headphones so you can hear the tour guide. It is usually a large group.

It’s a big ship compared to the Wonder . Go in with an open mind.

On the Wish class ships, decks 3-5 plus 11 pool deck are the main ones that have the stuff. There’s no midship elevators or the ability to cross midship. So if you’re looking for the ladies room and go to the wrong side, you have to loop around to the other side of the ship. Try to go to atrium right before midnight. The chandelier does a little light show to say good night.

Never had an issue getting Palo dinner since turned Platinum, brunch can be trickier. We booked 3 nights on the wish just 60 days in advance and still no issue getting palo dinner.
