I wonder will it be dark by the time it fully leaves the building? Also, there must be some engine on that little tug boat, being able to pull that massive ship.

She is fully out and they are now turning her backwards into the canal. Took about an hour to pull her out of the building.

I’ll miss not having a deck 4 jogging track. This ship doesn’t seem to have an outdoor covered walkway around the ship. DH and I loved walking that everyday on the other ships.

For comparison here is the Disney Dream and Fantasy float outs from the same ship yard. Interesting they had their life boats at float out but the Wish doesn’t have hers.

Hmm The deck plans on the DCL website for the Wish show a jogging track on deck 4?! ETA: Ok not sure what I was looking at lol I must have been on the wrong ship. It just says "Shipside promenade".

It was interesting to watch it as it happened. Also, I thought it was funny that they were playing movies on the Funnelvision as they were floating out.
