Disney Wish - February

Any ideas what the weather might be like? Is it too cold to go in the water?

Which water - at Castaway Cay or in the pools? We were in the pool on the Wish in early February and it was very warm. I always find the water at CC to be kind of cold until you get used to it but we've still been in the water there in early February.

It can vary pretty substantially but we were on the Wish in February and my tweens and I were in the pools and and the aqua mouse but the weather at castaway was too overcast and windy. Full disclosure we live pretty far north so 70 or 75 and sunny is fine for us as long as the pools are heated. We did go on the aqua mouse at night and that was a little too cold for my tastes.

We went late January and the weather was perfect! Didn’t rain once and blue skies. It was 72 at castaway

Thanks everyone for your responses, that eases my mind a little. Spring break is usually in April but this year we have a late February spring break so I was nervous. So are the pools on the ship heated?

We love sailing in Jan/Feb and think the weather is wonderful. I will say tho we are coming from Ohio usually where we are leaving below freezing temps so its fine for us. I know people use to the warm often think its a little chilly.

There is no way to know what it will be like in February. Remember that past experiences cannot be counted on to predict future weather.

Having said that, we've sailed in just about every month of the year and never found the weather too cool to keep us off the beach.

And also depends on how you define warm water. If you live up north, the ocean water is cold even in the summer. My kids will go into 65 degree water without a problem...only coming out because I've made them come out when their lips are blue.
