Disney Wish 4E Category - Stateroom 10170

I'm looking to book this room, however I saw some information that there is an overhang from Deck 11 and also possibly a large amount of noise from that deck.
Anyone book the extended verandah staterooms on the Wish or have any information?

We were in 10062- not sure what category of 4 besides a family veranda .. there is definitely overhang and we were on the edge of a bump out so the balcony seemed smaller and angular. Only noticed noise very occasionally from the top deck much less noticeable than the time we were above the movie theater/shuffleboard on the Dream..
