Disney will find a way to make a Marvel 5th gate

Just so you know Avatar will be around for quite awhile with 2 sequels in the works.

And Disney has Samuel L Jackson (Fury), Chris Evans (Capt. America) and Mark Ruffalo (Hulk) locked up for 4-5 more films EACH.

Avatar will be around for a while. Marvel films / cartoons / comics will be around much longer--and have already been ingrained in our pop culture for 70+ years.

:thumbsup2 Marvel is an odd duck because of the preexisting contract with US.

A check in the hand is worth more than a billion dollars spend on a capital improvement.

And that in hand is the end game in my opinion (based on how the beast operates)

I don't want to get back into this....but your argument that disney now moves on things faster brings up a million other little tidbits/ counteraruguments that are safely contained in pandora's little boxpixiedust:

Sorry, did I have an argument? :confused3 :goodvibes

I thought I was on your side. :confused3 :dance3: :confused3

Maybe I wrote it wrong.

A check in Disney's hand is worth more than a billion dollars of Disney's money spend on a capital improvement that they don't need to.

If they could get around some of the restrictions it would make a cool park. Do NYC as only Marvel sees it.

Or park within a park at the studios. That place is a half day park now anyway and if tey won't do a Lucas Land, then Marvel is a top choice. The backlot tour cold certainly Stand to be Ron den and rebuilt.

We cool...

If I'm not mistaken though...you had suggested that Disney has pushed forward renovations at a quicker pace...which I see no evidence of...

I'm 95% on the same team
