I am back as of Sunday and I am already pricing out the next visit....do they put something in the water:rotfl:

They must put something in the water because I booked this Aug's trip last Aug when I was in WDW already.

It's not the water - it's the subliminal messages masked by the constant background music. If you could remove the background music of Main Street USA, you would hear a low monotone saying "This is the Happiest Place on Earth. You WILL come back. You WILL start planning your next trip as soon as you can. You WILL like Dole Whips. (etc)"

Hmmm.......maybe it is the water or the music or the little mouse in my head saying "you want to go back" over and over until I do:rotfl:

I don't know but I am feeling the same thing. We just got back last week but the trip wasn't as great as it could be because we all got a stomach bug. So I talked to a friend who is going in the Fall and I sooooo want to go back. Silly, right? Unless there really are subliminal messages ;), naaaahhhh.... I just really dig it:thumbsup2

My friends are always wondering why we go to Disney so much..:confused3..they're the same ones that go to the same place at the shore every year.

Some like the beach, some like the mountains....We like Disney.

Becasue it is a place where you are not only told it is ok to revert back to your unstressful/ no resposibilities childhood, it is ENCOURAGED and almost required! You are in a bubble environment 24/7 of play and fun and constant entertainment, blocking out every possible obligation or unpleasant issue you have to deal with daily in the "real world".
Thank heavens we have such a place to go to if we choose. I am a WDW addict, believe me....and to me being able to choose a place to go where most peers are in the same frame of mind, theraputic.

All of the above and much more. We were at Epcot this Wednesday and didn't go on one ride. We had a great time just enjoying the atmosphere... and the Rose and Crown for lunch. :thumbsup2

it's like you're in a different world when you're there. and you leave all of your worries at home, you just go and have fun and don't think about anything else.

two of my friends AND my parents are going this year, and DH and i can't afford it this year, so we have to wait until next year....I'M DYING from listening everyone plan their vacations!! lol

George makes a great point: Just being there is a great experience. I think the place taps into so many emotions from our youth it just seems "right".
A world where Mickey Mouse is king? I'M IN:thumbsup2

That, and I truly believe they put crack in the pop-corn.

It can't be in the water because it's been 1-1/2 years & I'm still yearning to go back, so they must have implanted something in my brain while we had our heads against the doomobiles while being fascinated by the dancing ghosts the first time we were there.

I just caught myself shopping off the disney.com the-parks link. Oh man..if my husband knew lolol:lmao:
