Do any of you have under 3 year olds that are not counted in the number on your reservation? We have 8 counting my grandson but only 7 on new website showing. It does show as 8 on the old website. They say he is included but because he is an infant he does not count. Today we receive Magical Express vouchers and he did not get one. Called and they said he would need one to ride on Magical Express. They are going to send him one. If he is included how was he left off when the rest of us got vouchers? I was so excited about getting Mickey Mail and now really worried about having problems when we arrive. I am so very sick of this website. Are we the only ones having this problem? TIA
