Hi. Is anyone else having problems with the disney reservations online site? I tried booking my trip and the website said its down right now, to check back later.

I just called and they said the computers are down for enhancements

I don't think the website has worked consistently or properly since last week when it went down.

Try calling later today to book once their system goes back up.

I was just able to do online check-in about 2 minutes ago.

just called to modify a check in date on a resort res for June and was told to call back in an hour or so...

It asked if I wanted to check out the new disneyworld site..so I said yes. ARGGHH!!! I want the old one back lol!!
I was able to pull up my reservations this morning on the old style. The new style cant locate my reservations. grrrrrr

Wish I could get my old one back, too!!! I can't do anything on the new website.

clear your cache and history, and you should get the old site back, that's what I did.

I used a different computer and was able to use the old site and find everything. So clearing the cache and history should do the trick. I will try with this one...
I was gettign worried... I starting thinking they lost all my info.
It made me think of that old saying 'if it aint broke dont fix it'.... well it was already broke, but you made it more broke lol
I love the technology at the parks.. but their website drives me insane!!!

I can't find my newest one on the old site OR the new site. I'm wondering if it's because it was just made in the past day or two and is part of the switching over?? Little nervous...

Edited: Called the reservation center and they definitely have my reservation but neither site will recognize my reservation #.
