Anyone else having problems with Disney’s website?
I currently have a Standard room booked at BWI at an AP rate for early February. I found a good AP rate for BC Lagoon View for the same dates, but when I attempt to modify my reservation, it errors after I add my payment. It says it can’t complete the change, and to call the 407 number. When I called the 407 number, the CM couldn’t find any rooms available for my dates at BC. So the website doesn’t appear to be synced with Disney’s reservation system. We also saw discrepancies when looking at Yacht Club rates.
I’m so frustrated with Disney’s website!
