Disney website - someone should be fired

Omg....the new site found me! I had this dwarves pop up thing that said they were lookin for my reservation n they found it lol. I cant believe my eyes! There was a pardon our dust thing explaining them migrating info...n there i was. Yay

Now I did it, I linked in my room reservation and clicked "show details" of my reservation and have now been stuck on the processing screen for 10 minutes.

Can anyone tell me WHY my dinner RSVP made over the phone with a CM will not LOAD up under my RSVp.. I go to add RSVP it shows them but will NOT LOAD!!!!!!!!!!!

I so frustrated i have loaded them 10+ times

The website was kicking me off before and i had to logout and log back in to make mine show up again.... Wait til tomorrow to try again.

I'm attempting to price out a stay at three different resorts on the same trip. This has to be the most frustrating trip planning thus far. The dates won't change, you can't edit within the package and NO MORE 'saved vacation' offers. Your cart empties whenver you want to edit the reservation. I want to see the whole trip together like you were able to before. Has anyone found this same issue?

NEVER HAD AN ISSUE...used Firefox and it asked me to link my reservations from old site and it all worked ..checked in at 60 days yesterday..all is smooth..good luck to all

I was able to price and save some offers by going to the vacation packages link at the bottom of the page. Then you click the link that says book your vacation packages. You can price out and save offers from that point just as you normally could. If memory serves me, I think the only difference is you can only save three offers instead of five? Good luck!

I'm so aggrevated. I'm trying to add my MIL's reservation to my page but it says that the reservation cannot be found at this time. Am I unable to do this because she isn't listed under my family and friends? I have to do all the work for her because this is the face she makes when she has to deal with a computer.

I have been trying for 2 days to link my dining reservations that were made months ago with absolutely no luck. Every time I entered my Conf # and telephone number, nothing would happen.

Today, I used Firefox and was able to get all of my dining reservations linked in 2 minutes & now my Resort Reservation even showed up!

Just happy to know I am not the only one suffering with this new website. I am trying to make a payment online and I can't page keeps freezing up and to boot I called and now they are telling me I have a AAA reservation when I booked an AP rate online! Hoping to get this all resolved and straighten out TODAY!!

I'm REALLY internet savvy and I don't find this new site to be user-friendly at all. All I've really done is try to price some vacations out and check on some ADR possibilities and it seems like there's a lot of extra unnecessary steps/clicks involved.

Sometimes adding bells and whistles to a system that doesn't need it is a terrible idea.

Same thing happened to me yesterday! The new site finally caught up with me. We have a split stay booked and when it asked for me to migrate the ressies or however it worded it, both were there but I could only pick the radio button for one so I picked the first one then I couldn't figure out how to get back so I manually entered our second ressie and that came over too, albeit with a message that said it couldn't locate all the details . Once both hotel reservations were there all my dining popped up correctly.

To say I was amazed is an understatement. I took screen shots of everything and saved them in a PowerPoint because who knows if it'll stick! For now I'm just going to try to stay away from the site to the extent possible, hoping the dust settles soon.

Since this thread started in December people are complaining about getting hung up on the CREATE AN ACCOUNT page. Well it happened to me yesterday, and again today. I have had an account for YEARS and now cannot get past the error response on that page. I sent an email to online support, but not expecting much from that angle.

Can anyone give me a hint how to get thru the account page?
