Disney website slow as molasses?

Is it because they need a much better server or because they have a ton of traffic through there? It's like the system is almost never working perfectly for me. Making a payment via there site is just scary

My mom was triple charged making a payment a few weeks ago, and she thought she just clicked once....yesterday I made a couple payments and it "timed out" yet of course the payments went through... I hope they can upgrade before making ADRs via the Internet begins or there is going to be a ton of double, triple, quadruple, etc bookings.
