Disney Website not accepting my GC for memory maker payment

I'm trying to use a Disney GC to purchase memory maker via the website and it keeps saying number is invalid. Tried this with two different cards. Cards have money on them as confirmed by using Disney gift card balance check. Anyone know why this is or how I can get around the issue?
