Hello, So, I have been trying to change a booking online on the Disney website for weeks now. I keep getting this message: We Had to Duck Out We apologize for the temporary inconvenience, but disneyworld.com is not currently available. Please check back in a few minutes. Well, I have been checking back every day since mid August. Still the same. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm starting to get worried about getting my changes made......ever! LOL! I know we aren't going until Dec, but I would like to have this settled and I am a little concerned about if the discount will still be available. I tried calling a couple of times but didn't have time to stay on hold for hours and eventually had to give up.......wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue?
