???Disney vise- $50 rewards???

I got the link for Disney visa- when you sign up you get $50 free reward- how does this work? We activated/used card once- (2 cards- for me and dh)no reward $$$ show in accts.- I've sent an e-mail to them- just wondering if anyone here has experience with this program-thanks

My bonus rewards showed up at 1st statement. Rewards are only issues at statement time, not throughout the month.
