We applied for this for our next trip so we could save alittle... What are the pros and cons you have found with this? Does it really save money? What all rewards or offers do you get with this??

We've had it for a few years now. The disney reward dollars has been the biggest perk. For every $100 you charge, you get $1 disney dollars. That you can spend in the parks.

You also get the Meet and Greet over at DCA. In the past it was meeting with Goofy and Mickey, or Chip and Dale. Although I hear they changed Goofy and Mickey now. You get a free 5x7 picture from the meet and greet.

There is also the free stroller rental, and I believe discounts on shopping (we also had an AP on our last trip so didn't use it for that).

It's been worth it. I wouldn't say there is really any cons, other then it being another credit card bill. LOL

You also get a 10% discount at some DL restaurants; Rancho del Zocalo, Carnation Cafe and Redd Rockett's Pizza Port. At DCA you get the discount at Pizza Oom Mow Mow, The Vinyard Room and Wine Country Tratoria.

I use my Disney Visa for almost all my purchases and litterally save hundreds of dollars for each trip that we use for souvenirs.

I know that there are other cards that can give you bigger rewards, but I like the Disney visa because I feel like I get free money to spend at my favorite place in the world.

I have had mine since last year and I also love it. I used it to book my WDW trip last Summer and I love using the Disney Dollars.
I still have yet to use it for the meet and greet but one of these days we will. LOL.
Its easy to transfer the disney dollars to your rewards card, so I dont see anything wrong with it, but ofcourse, it is a credit card.

I have been able to save enough Disney Rewards Dollars for all of our souvenirs for the last couple years. This year I started putting EVERYTHING on my card, including groceries so I am hoping on our trip in November it will cover the souvenir shopping and our trip to Blue Bayou for 7 of us.
Aside from that we have taken advantage of the dining and shopping discounts and the free 5x7 at the Meet and Greet.
Just be sure to pay the card off each month so you don't spend more on interest than you gain in dollars!
