Disney Visa Rewards

I went to my Bankone account to view my rewards balance on my Diseny VIsa and the "manage rewards" drop down menu item isn't there any more.
Does anyone know how to check a rewards balance so I can transfer them?

AFter you log in check manage rewards. The next screen will ask you to review rewards balance. The next screen will show you your balance and at the top will ba another drop down menu...you can then select to order your reward card and transfer balance. You might want to leave atleast 10 reward dollars in your account if you are expecting to accumulate more for your trip or shopping. You can't transfer less than 10 reward dollars at a time. Thanks for responding, but there's no way to check rewards AT ALL. The dropdown menu doesn't list it any more. Is there somewhere else I'm missing it?

I just tried it and Manage Rewards is there. It is on the drop down next to the CC information.

Dizzy, I just checked the website prior to my previous post and was able to review and transfer reward dollars. Try again, log on and hit manage rewards, then the next screen will show review rewards. Then the next screen will show you your balance...at the top on the right is another drop down menu. Select transfer reward balance. Hope this helps if not post again. I'll continue to check this thread.


Also, when you 1st log on where it shows your credit card balance make sure you hit go after you've made your selection.. I made that mistake before

I had the same problem!! I tried going "Home" on the website and going to My Rewards and through that way. That didn't work either. It told me to call the customer service number (I ended up talking to internet help) and they helped me. They didn't know why it wasn't showing. I have another card with them on the same page and it had my rewards on it. Weird. She asked me if I had ordered a Reward Card and I said no. She also asked if it was near my statement due date and it wasn't.

She gave me my reward amount and told me to check back later that she would try to fix it.

Do you have morethan one Chase credit card? That's what always messes me up on the website. Our Disney Visa was always Bank One. Then after the Bank One/Chase merger, a Chase Visa - that we never use and has no rewards - also shows up on the page, and it is listed first. I always click on it and it takes me a while to remember to scroll down to the right account.
