Disney Visa Rewards

Help!! Does anyone have experience getting a rewards card at Disney Springs? I had no idea I was supposed to save the cards that I've had mailed to me in the past, and now because I already had two I can't request a new one.

The FAQ says you can get a card in the parks or at Disney Springs. Has anyone done this successfully?

I dealt with this before our September trip this year. I was able to call them, cancel both cards that I had previously shredded and have them mail out a new one. It took around 10 days to get it in the mail.

It is pretty simple. They will just hand you an envelope, and you need to call in to Disney Rewards to move things around. Took about a total of 15 minutes.

I got one at customer relations at MK earlier this year when we forgot ours. Process was just as described in last post.

I just wanted to let you know how easy it was to get this taken care of on the phone! I called the number listed on the rewards card FAQ page and just hit 0 to get to an operator. They cancelled both of my existing cards and ordered a new one for me. They said it would take ten days to get the new card.

I think the entire call lasted three minutes
