Does anyone know if you can use a Disney Visa Rewards Card to pay for your dining plan at check in???

Yes, that is what i am going to do
you just cant use disney gift cards at check in.

I used it to pay for part and used disney dollars to pay for part and then put the rest on my disney visa...worked out fine.......

Yes, If you have more than one account you can pay with multiple cards.

Can use it to pay for anything at Disney.
