Disney Visa Rewards Card > Charging Back To Room

We have a Disney Visa Rewards Card that has 500 reward dollars on it. I'd like to have those reward dollars applied to our account when we check in so we can charge things back to our room.

I'd also like to give the CM at the front desk our credit card because I know we will charge more than $500 back to the room (anything that can be charged back to the room will be).

Can the front desk have both the Rewards Card *and* a Credit Card on file to charge to? If yes, will they use up the balance available on the Rewards Card first and then charge to the Credit Card?

We don't want to come home with a balance on our Rewards Card - we want to use all those dollars for this trip.

Just call CRO before you leave and make a $500 payment on your account with your VISA rewards card. If your balance is $0 it will leave you with a $500 credit balance. Then just give them your credit card when you check in.
