When you call and add Disney Visa Reward Points to a redemption card, is the reward dollar amount what your statement says or is it the current amount you’ve earned but may not show up on your statement yet?

You earn the rewards on your statement date. So whatever your last statement says is the current rewards amount. It'll go up the next statement. You don't have to call. If you go through the link on your chase account online, it'll take you to the rewards website. You can see the balance there as well.
