Is the card like a credit card? with the points
$1 per point?
so I can use it anywhere?

or is it a disney gift card only good at disney stores?

It's more like a pre-loaded credit card. Looks just like a credit card.

From the Bankone website:

"What can I use my Disney Rewards for?

Disney Dream Reward Dollars are good for most Disney merchandise, park tickets, hotel nights, food and more at: Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts-including Theme Parks. Disney Cruise Line. Disney Store. Disney catalog. DisneyStore.com. Disney Interactive. Disney Magazine and FamilyFun. Disney movie Club by mail. Walt Disney Collectors Society. Disney on Ice (merchandise locations only). They can even be used in combination with special offers and discounts."

It looks like a credit card, but its not a Visa/Mastercard. It can only be used a specified Disney establishments. Kind of like a gift card.

then am I right to assume I cannot use it at Don Shula's?

guess I will have to eat at the Yatchman's steakhouse instead?

More or less, if it's not owned by Disney don't count on using it there.

We are using ours for food in the parks when we are there in July. Hopefully by then I should have enough to cover all our food while we are at the parks.
