Disney Visa Question

We are thinking about getting this card because we can get $100 gift card after the first purchase. How long does it take to get the gift card?

If we signed up at Disney, could we get the gift card right away? I want the card, but want to be able to use the gift card in May when we go. I don't know that I can get the card, make a purchase and get the gift card all in a month.

Any suggestions?

I used my Visa on 3/16/10 and the $100 gift card arrived yesterday. The offer I applied for was for the $100 gift card, not the $100 Rewards. The link to the offer indicates that it can take 6-8 weeks to get the card.

I applied for the card (on line) on March 4/5 and got the credit card on the 13th. I have another Chase credit card, I'm not sure if that speeds up the approval process or not.

I think if you take the offer threw Disney it is only for $40. $100 is better, but the $200 offer is even better.

I did not get the $200 offer, but DH and I can both sign up for seperate ones and each get $100.
