I think you have to have $20 worth of rewards. You can pick up a rewards card at either park (City Hall in DL or whatever the equivalent is in CA...) and then you follow the instructions w/the card to associate it with your Visa card and transfer rewards to it. I think you can use it most anyplace in the park that accepts credit cards, as well as the World of Disney store in DTD.

You can order a rewards card with your dollars on them from your computer and have it sent to your home before you leave or you can get a card at City Hall. The cards are re loadable so keep your card when you use it up. You can use them anywhere they take credit cards. You can't get your Visa card discount on eligible purchases when buying something with your rewards card you have to use the actual Disney visa to get your 10% off at World of Disney, etc.
