what characters can we meet with a Disney Visa perk at Epcot? I know about Darth and Chewie at DHS. Are there any at MK and AK for card holders?

Both times I have done the one in Epcot it was Minnie and Pluto, but I think it varies. Usually 2 characters consisting of Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and maybe Goofy?

Ok, so it sounds like I don't need to go out of my way since we have tucker house reservations.

The only difference is that they do give you a free picture at the Visa greet and they are dressed in their classic outfits instead of safari outfits like Tuskar House.

at DHS you only get to meet Vader through the Disney Visa, Chewie is not part of that.
There's a separate line for both Chewie and Vader for everyone in the same building

I love my Disney Visa! In addition to the exclusive photo ops, you get discounts at select Disney restaurants and tours and 10% off of merchandise purchases of $50 or more. You might want to hang on to it at least until your trip is over.

WAIT- there's a visa meet and greetin DHS now? when did this start and where is it?:cool1:
.......why would you cancel a free card? keeping that card adds to your credit score and costs you nothing....

Thats right! Use it to buy gum every six months to keep it open. The perks are well worth it.

Some of this info is outdated. You no longer get a printed picture, but do get free downloads of all of your pics taken in either location. The Epcot meet varies. Once, we saw Minnie only, and we've seen Mickey and Goofy together. We often skip due to not being in the right place at the right time.

There are other perks, such as a 10% merchandise discount off most purchases of $50 or more. There are some restaurant discounts. As a PP said, the HS meet is darth Vader only. It is not by the other one-you should ask where the visa meet is upon entering the launch bay.

I like the card for earning points. We pay for everything with our visa, and then pay it off monthly so that we can get points. I pay for most of our trips with points.

Epcot I think changes up and no guarantees who. We met Goofy and Mickey each time.

DHS is now Darth Vader. Will it always be? Don't know yet it's too new.

None at MK or AK.

We did the meet and greet on Christmas day right after the1 pm opening and saw just Pluto.

I too love the merchandise discount! We used it several times on vacation to save10%.

Let's not forget the access to the Chase Lounge during food & wine (granted it just requires ANY chase card) but that allows you to get a wristband for the eat to the beat concert series and to the "private" illuminations viewing too.

Just the fact that i can charge the vacation to it and get a 6 month leeway to pay it with no interest is enough to have it. Granted I've only had to carry the balance for a month, it was nice not having to pay interest on it :)

When did they stop offering the printed picture? That makes me sad, I have our pic from our July trip here in my office. Sure, I had memory maker and downloaded all of the pics but it was nice to let the kids customize the photo in the shop and bring it home with us.

In December we did the M&G at Epcot and got Mickey and Goofy. The photos came out great and it was super fun! Lots of one-on-one time. As we were leaving we got to see the adorable 3-year-old behind us have a total commercial-like moment and run so excitedly, leaping into Mickey's arms! It was very sweet. In the past we have gotten Minnie and Mickey, Pluto and Mickey, and I even believe Donald as well.

We always ask what characters are available before we line up for the photo shoot. One time we had Minnie, Mickey, Pluto the last time in Dec. we had just Mickey and Pluto. I think they got rid of the printed picture once the pictures were downloadable.

I was there in mid November and got the free print out picture. Not sure if that has changed since but as of 11/17/15 they were doing a free print.

Very recently. I think when they introduced the HS meet? Definitely was over when we were there in December.

If I attach that card to my magic band, will it give me the 10% discount or do I have to pay separately from the magic band with the card itself?

Went to the Disney Visa Star Wars meet & greet at HS mid Dec. Got several photos with Darth Vader and Chewie. It was a good m&g - good interaction, time and photos. When we met Darth Vader there was no line. Later that night with Chewie about a 30 minute line.
