If I attach that card to my magic band, will it give me the 10% discount or do I have to pay separately from the magic band with the card itself?

You need to show the card when you are paying in order to get the discount.

Went to the Disney Visa Star Wars meet & greet at HS mid Dec. Got several photos with Darth Vader and Chewie. It was a good m&g - good interaction, time and photos. When we met Darth Vader there was no line. Later that night with Chewie about a 30 minute line.

We waited a fair amount of time for darth, but it was pretty early in the day on one of the first days it was open. That said, if you are claustrophobic like I am, the hallway where the line is may be a problem for you. It was narrow and packed with people. There was an emergency/cast member door with a small alcove off one part of the hall, so I stood in that for a little bit. The high ceilings in most of it were the only thing that made me able to stay in the line. Hmm, maybe the narrow tunnel like part with a lower ceiling started my problem there...that was at the start of the line.

Also, the chewbacca meet is not a visa meet. It is beside a non-visa darth meet. The visa darth meet is kind of through where you see greedo and the jawas. You don't go downstairs for it, but you do for the two non-visa meets.

When did they stop offering the printed picture? That makes me sad, I have our pic from our July trip here in my office. Sure, I had memory maker and downloaded all of the pics but it was nice to let the kids customize the photo in the shop and bring it home with us.

On December 4, we were told no more printed photos - got a little paper explaining how to customize and download ourselves. You can still do all the same edits you could do on site and get it printed wherever.

You're correct, Chewie was a regular m & g. I've slept since then and I forgot! Our early visit with Visa Vader had no line. I went to a later Visa Vader visit with my son who was not there for the first visit and that wait was about 30 minutes. Visa Vader Visit!! Can you say that three times fast?

Wasn't sure we could go in twice but no questions or way to check. Yes the hallways were very narrow. I'm not claustrophobic but it was somewhat uncomfortable. The whole area seemed to be made up in a cheap, temporary looking décor. I guess because it is temporary until they can make these new Star wars worlds?? I'm somewhat skeptical about this as I have not been too impressed with the last few renos at WDW. Also not at all impressed with the lastest Star Wars movie.

Thanks, that is a bummer. Glad we went when we did. I love the pic and while I have downloaded all of my pics I have not yet printed anything so would not have it if my kids didn't go pick up the print.

Not always...it depends on many factors, AAoA, Utilization, and reporting balances.
