hi - I just received my cruise docs today from AAA and there is no mention of the $50 onboard credit I get because I booked with a disney visa. This is my first cruise - how do the ship personnel know that I have a credit?
They know. If, however, by some chance they forget that they know, go to the desk and ask about it. We did this in 2000 on our first Disney Cruise. It wasn't the Disney Visa (since it didn't exist then) but it was some other promotion. I asked and was given my $50 credit. It wasn't a hassle at all.
If you are worried, just show proof you paid with the Visa. I don't know how much of a stickler they are for using the correct booking codes, but I'm sure they'll help.
Like I said, they gave us our credit after we were on board.
