I was read a little bit online about a $200 gift card if you spend $500, but I cannot tract down if that is for the Disney Rewards Visa or Disney Premier or how to get it? Does anyone know? Thanks!

It is for the no-fee Visa not the Premier, and it is by referral or targeted offer only. We got an offer for it in the mail. If you have any friends or family who have a Disney Visa, you might ask if they've received any referral codes to give to friends. :)

I received my offer in the mail for the $200 gift card and signed up. I noticed the website shows only a $50 gift card. Sorry, not much help, I know.

If you check auction sites like ebay you can search for people selling the referral codes for 99 cents. I bought one and the person emailed me the referral and we were able to apply and get the card and got our 200.00 gift card after spending 500.00 on it. There are some for sale now. Good luck!

Right now Disney has the $200 promo on the Premier which has a yearly fee so depending on what you are looking for it may be an option with out trying to pay for a referral code.
Not sure if the referral code is for the free card. Do you know anyone with a Disney Visa you could ask for a referral code? If you get a code from someone they get $$ so why would you want to pay for one?

Right now, the referral is for the FREE Visa (no annual fee). You get a $200 Disney gift card after spending $500 in 3 months (very easy to do, lol).

As far as buying on ebay, perhaps people want some measure of security? I mean, the referring person is giving their name (on the card) and zip code (for billing address) to a virtual stranger.

I imagine they have to charge to be able to sell on ebay and that is a forum for doing the referral. That is why most sellers are only charging 99 cents to "sell" it. If they don't know someone to refer to they need a forum to share their code. It was worth it to me to pay 99 cents to get a 200.00 gift card.

And, like I said, some type of measure of security. The referral code has personal information (the name of the person who has the card and their billing address zip code). It's nice to know who it is you're giving the information to.

That's why, when I had the code last year, I only gave it to people on a forum I frequent (and that they frequented a lot too)

Yes, there are new offers out now for the regular Disney visa (no annual fee) that are good through 9/2015. This one must have just been released.

Yes, it's a new offer; we just got our referral cards in the mail on Saturday. I'm wondering if I can refer DH and he can refer me- I'd sure love a couple of $200 Disney gift cards! ::yes::

I was the primary card holder at our house, and my DH was an approved signor. He was able to use my referral and get his own card! This will give us the $200 GC, and the $50 referral credit. She told him he was approved while on the phone call still, said he should have his card within 7-9 days.

You could refer your DH no problem. Not sure he could refer you back though, since you are already a primary.

So we have the Disney visa. I believe it is my account, but my husband has a card in his name, same account number as me. Would this mean he could open his own account if I had the referrals? Or does he technically have his own already since he has an actual card? I did not receive them in the mail, but I have in the past and I am going to be checking every day for sure. an extra $250 would be fantastic right now!

We have a joint account and we each have individual accounts. We got whatever bonus was offered at the time we opened the individual accounts.

I assume whoever's name is on the referral (if or when you get one) would be the primary card holder. Then, IF the other person doesn't already have one....you could use it. Like your husband could refer you, if he gets the referrals, or vice versa.

I just got the $200 offer in the mail today! I am going to have all my grown children apply for the card and give me the $200 disney gift cards for my birthday present. I am almost going to go to Disney World for free ! My offer says that it is good until September 2015. Going to be the best birthday ever !!!

The Disney Visa is worth it for our family. We have had ours for several years. I upgraded mine to the Premier in 2013 so I could get 2% on specific things we purchase. The hubby and I have separate accounts. In a year and a half I have racked up 144 points and the hubby has almost 1300. Plus, with the Disney Visa we get discounts in specific shops and restaurants in Disneyland and WDW. We just redeemed our points to put on our Aug WDW 2015 trip.

I'm just seeing a $200 statement credit offer. Is there one I'm missing that offers a $200 gift card? Or do I have that as an option of redemption or something?

The one I got in the mail today came with a referrer's ID or pin # and it is for a$200 gift card. Love the fact that the offer is good until September
