I am such a big planner...does anyone have the exact times for this?

I know it says "offered daily 30 minutes after park opening for 90 minutes". Is that 30 minutes after DCA's "official" opening of 10 AM, or the time you can actually enter the park?

After official opening, so 10:30-noon. Characters switch each half hour. All of our experiences of the last couple years have been with Pluto and Chip and Dale alternating.

We did this for the first time today and it was great. We were told that it is always Chip & Dale alternating with Pluto and today the kids played with C&D. We were the only family there, so the kids got to play with the characters until they got bored with it. the photographer gives you a photo pass card and a free photo coupon and on the way out of the park you choose your favorite pose (out of 5 or 6). They even added a cute border and character signatures for free as well. We were pleasantly surprised by this service and plan to stop in again the next time we visit.
