Just saw this article for Disney Visa members can get free dinning when you purchase a stay between 8/28/11 - 9/24/11.

I got the email from DV this a.m. Now onto the planning. Only wish it went a little later in Sept.

Says it's available to the general public starting May 2nd

Does it all need to be placed on the card? do they have a debit card or just normal visa?

Yes it has to be booked with the Disney Visa. Rumor has it that Chase is doing away with the Disney Debit card.
