I just got something in the mail about earning double points the months of Oct- Nov- and Dec- so excited! We leave in January and I need all I can get.
Did anyone else get this mailer? It says you have to go online and sign up for it.

Yes, I got it too and signed up. My only complaint is that I normally buy my groceries at Wal Mart and Wal Mart purchases don't count (even the grocery part), So I have to shop somewhere else for a few months! Kind of crimps my style!

I use my Disney VISA for everything & didn't get the offer!

I just went back and read it you are right. it says no super stores I shop at walmart also for food. That stinks

Yes, I got a postcard in the mail today and signed up by phone.

I didn't get it. But I got a flyer that you can get a extra 25 disney dream reward $ for every friend I get to sign up. The only thing is everyone that I can think of already has the disney visa

I didn't get the offer, but I had it from Aug-Oct. I just thought everybody had it. I guess not.

I signed up, too, but beware that you have to spend over $1200. per month in order to even start getting the double points. Not as nice as it first sounded!

I think I'm going to be sick. I remember getting an email from Chase earlier this week and I accidentally hit the "empty" button on my junk mail.

I bet that code was in there.

My flyer said over $450 per month and you get double points on groceries, gas and a couple of other things. It didn't give me much time to get the October month, but November & December might work for me.

each person gets a different min amount with these offers based on what you already spend with them.

I only have to go over $600 a month

I got an email earlier this week but it was a vacation offer. The double pts offer came the old fashion way- United states Post Office delivery!

:scared1:

I have not received this offer and I just called and they said I don't have any special offers attached to my account!

We try to charge everything to our card and then pay it off with an online payment each month...wonder if that has anything to do with it?

i got it, and signed up. is there an actual list of what stores (ie: groceries, gas stations ) are available for the double points??

I didn't receive this promotional offer postcard until yesterday (11/2). I just called the customer service number on the back of the card to see if this could be retroactive to October 1st. The agent said it is automatically retroactive. If you did not receive this offer in the mail I would suggest you call the customer service number to enroll. Only my card number was required. It stinks that the discount, super and warehouse stores aren't included. This doesn't allow those of us who are on a tight budget (and would most appreciate the benefit from this promotion) to accrue as many Disney Reward Dollars. We shop at these stores out of necessity. Wake up, Disney!!

After reading these posts, my DH and I called Chase. Well, after a lengthy conversation with a customer service person, I was told that this was nothing more than a signup promotion---when I explained that I thought that was incorrect and explained about the wonderful network of friends here who shared information, and about some of the things we'd read here, she put me on hold to investigate. When she came back to me, she told me again that it was a promotion of some sort through marketing and she couldn't explain why some existing customers were offered this and some not. She did kindly offer me TWO DISNEY DOLLARS, which I found insulting and asked to speak to her supervisor.

When I got the supervisor on the line, we went through the SAME process, I got the same some got it, some didn't answer, she even asked for the DisBoard website address, I kindly gave it to her. In the end, she said that she would pass our request to receive the doubled points along to "marketing" and that we may/may not hear from them as they were continually trying to come up with new marketing promotions for existing customers, etc., as they liked to do what they could to make their customers happy! Ask me if I agree with that statement?????????

Long story short, I never really got a good answer as to why some people received this bonus and some of us didn't. I did tell the customer service rep that I spoke with that I WOULD post the information that I received today and hoped that all Chase customers in good standing who were slighted in this offer would give them a call, and she said she hoped they did as it helped them know more about what their customers wanted!!!!

Sign me, a VERY unhappy Chase customer!!!!!!
