Disney Visa and strollers

Hi! I have a couple of questions and I am hoping that you all can help.
*Does disneyland still give two free strollers to disney visa holders
per park per day?
*I have a friend who takes their stroller to the rental stroller place,
gets the free stroller and leaves their stroller there for the day. Is
that still possible?

Yes they still give 2 strollers per account per day, free.

Guests may leave strollers, canes, crutches, ECVs, scooters, rollators, wheelchairs and other items at the rental place even if they are not renting an item. Just get in line and fill out a tag that will be attached to the item and you get a receipt. I leave my wheelchair there every time I have to rent an ECV.
