The Disney Visa website refers to a private phone line to call to make travel plans. But it seems to only reference Disneyland and not WDW. Does anyone know if there is something like this for WDW or would you just use the regular phone line to book travel?

I've always just used the regular WDW number or online. As long as you book a package and make deposit and/or payments of at least $100, those charges should qualify for the 0% financing offer.
I believe there currently is a special package at DL that's only available to DisneyVisa members, so that might require booking through a special line. I'm not aware of a similar offer for WDW.
