Disney Visa 3x DDR

Just got a postcard in the mail with a registration code for 3x Disney Dream Reward Dollars for eligible purchases from 7/1 through 9/30/2010!!! Mine only requires minimum spend of $250.

I haven't received one of these in a couple of years!

I got it too, my minimum that I have to spend first is $1250. I got the 5X rewards 2 times last year, but so much of what I charge doesn't qualify it doesn't amount to much. But every extra Disney $ earned is one saved!

We got one too but we have to spend $1,000.00. Doable, but I wish it was lower.

I had one for April, May & June for $500 and got another one starting in July for the same amount. I wish it was for everything, and not just food & gas. The only reason we hit it for May & June was because my husband was away for work and charged all of his food to the card. I'm going to sign up for it, but we got an offer from our Chase Freedom card for 5% cash back on gas, food, and airlines starting in July so we'll probably switch to that since it will probably = more $$ in the long run. The 3x DDR is better than nothing though!

Just received mine today. I have a higher minimum, too. I may make it; since, we are travelling a lot in the next three months.

It comes seperately from the bill, large card stock type mailer.

Beware of this program - check your earlier statements online for the categories! The category for all of my groceries shows up as "other" and doesn't count. The category for gas came in as "vehicle expense" and didn't count.

the phone number or website referenced on the card? I did not get the postcard, but it is worth a try.

This is the first time since the card has come out that I have ever gotten one of these postcard offers! Mine requires me to spend $500

I got this too. My minimum was $500.

I agree about the codes. Our grocery store shows up as "other" too. I've called to complain before but it does no good.

How long have you all had your cards? I just signed up about a month ago, so maybe I'm too new to hope for this deal. Too bad - am going to pay the balance of my free dining package next month!

I got one too...$250 minimum, good on all purchases. great right?? Not so much....I just put DD's college tuition ($$$$$$$) on my Disney Visa LAST WEEK! It wasn't due until 7/2 either but I thought I'd be good and pay the bill early etc, etc. Now I wish I had waited! I could have made a ton of reward dollars with that charge

Did it detail your eligible categories right on the mailer, or did you have to check somewhere else for that info?

Mine was anything above $750 , but I was surprised to get that because I had the last one (April, May,June) for anything above $250. They must like me this year because I never got any offers from them at all before. In July and August Discover has 5x rewards for theme parks and gas though, so that's what I'll be using for my Aug. trip. I go with whichever is offering the best at the time.

i got it april, may, and june with $1250 threshold, and got one again july, august, and september. i generally don' t meet this threshold in the categories in a month

i got the mailer too, but all it said was that to get the promotion i had to spend $500 in eligible purchases. it did not give any details on what an eligible purchase was. does anyone know?
