Disney Visa 0% interest questions...

So I read here a while back that some people were having a problems with their Disney Visa posting their payments in the wrong order on their 0% balances and of course I have the same problem and I was hoping that the people that had this happening to them could tell me 1. how they made out with Disney visa company when they called(I tried to get my problem resolved via e-mail with no luck, so I'm wondering how people made out over the phone) 2. how long did it take? 3. did you have payments posting in the incorrect order and then have the ones that should of been paid off have their 0% expire and if so did that problem get resolved and how long did it take?

Anyone out there having this same problem as I am? I'm still looking for people with experience with Chase's Disney Visa and their posting of payments on your 0% interest items..

I just paid our trip off. The first 4 months of the 6 month free financing I didn't have any problems. The last 2 months I was asked to make a minimum payment and was charged $1.50 minimum interest/service fee. We use the card rarely since the rewards are not very good, only using it only at places that don't take AmEx so we probably spend less than $50 a month on it. I called this week to ask about the changes and was told I always had to make a minimum payment (not true) and that the payment I was making was going to the higher interest charges which was the Disney trip which I was supposed to be getting 0% financing until May. We went round and round with nothing resolved. I paid the whole thing off to avoid any more charges. DH says he intends to call this week about it. He is a CPA and can speak the lingo better than me. I've only paid $3 in interest but I still think I didn't owe anything since I was paying off all the monthly charges I made.

That was the reason why I tried to resolved my problem via email instead of calling since I have had problems with them in the past talking to them. I'm thinking I may just pay off my balance too....sooner than later..

Still looking for others having any experience with this problem on their Disney visa accounts...
