Disney Village opening times?

Hi guys,

What are the opening times of the stores and restaurants in the disney village?
Do they change for different times of the year?

I'd like to know the times for 30th and 31st january please?

The village stores have always been open when we've walked through in the morning and I've always assumed they open at 8.00, they don't close until very late 11.30/12.00.
