DISNEY Value Season???

Do the "rate seasons" change from one year to the next? For example, with Easter being later in 09 than it was in 08, does this change some of the peak/value times. I am booked for the last week in Feb., will this be peak or value? I know that it is hard to second guess, but for you Disney veterans, what do you think?

Yes, the seasons do change a little bit from year to year. The deluxe resorts use to have value season from about July 5 on and now that is not so.Disney will release those dates(seasons) and pricing later this year. I have copied the release dates for rack for you. Here they are

Release Dates for Full Price ("Rack") Room Rates
2005 Walt Disney World resort room rates were released in late May 2004.

2006 Walt Disney World resort room rates were released in late May 2005.

2007 Walt Disney World resort room rates were released in mid-May 2006.

2008 Walt Disney World resort room rates were released August 5, 2007.

The week of Prez week to the week after Easter Sunday is Peak season. All has been. So yes, the last week of Feb will be PEAK season. It will not go back to regular season until the Sunday AFTER Easter Sunday. Then Value season will not begin again until early August. But, of course, lets not forget the "summer season" that has higher rates (higher than regular season, but lower than peak season) imposed on value and moderate resorts for June and July.
