Go over to the DVC Rent/Trade Board. Read the FAQs, then post your request.

The BVC probably are mostly booked until August, but there might be limited availability. It is very popular during the summer months. Remember that this is an agreement between you and the individual member. Disney will not get involved in any manner should you have problems. The member controls the reservation until the moment you check in. You will not be able to call Member Services to confirm the reservation. You should be able to get a copy of the confirmation sheet from the member. The member sets the rules for payment, so be prepared to possibly pay the entire amount just to make the reservation.

Just to let you know, if Disney does free dining, it is not available if you stay on DVC points.
