Disney Vacation Club Points Stay Question

Hi

I'm a daughter of someone who has a Disney vacation club membership. I just logged onto dvcmember.com to look at availability dates for a vacation and put in a 3 week stay at Disney, because we do have the points, but it says I can't. My question is what is the max length you can stay? Is it 2 weeks for the entire use year? Thanks

It's possible you do not have enough points to stay that long or it beyond your parent's home resort booking window. We can only book our home resort at 11 months out. If it's not our home resort, we chant book farther than 7 months out.

No max you can stay up to 1 month then you have to check out and check in.

You can book 2 weeks at a time online. then book rest of the days on other reservation, then call MS in day time to merge the reservation.

Or

Book two week now and call MS in morning to extend the vacation.

2 week limit applies to online reservation.

We do have the points for 3 weeks, but it says "your length of stay is greater than the number of days allowed"
