What's stupid about this, is who would have a problem with them doing this to "reduce overall costs?" In this economy, a lot of companies are forced to make decisions like this. So, why spin it like this? Why not say, "Interest in this product is down, sales are down, we would rather keep all employees and reduce overall salary than let some people go." This, while not a great thing to hear, is familiar to many people in America.
So are they going to be taking on the high pressure sales tactics,
sell more to make more.
so they can bring home the extra $'s.
Or should I say make what they use to bring home.
