Well, yes, they've been having "issues". Like removing money from accounts that hadn't asked to have it removed.

I get in momentarily today but now it's down again. I did receive 2 emails stating about the glitch and how they wouldn't take another payment, and the incorrect one would be reversed.

Yikes! I'm glad I'm set up for "One time payments"…… and have mostly done gift cards. I haven't been able to get into my account all day today, nor yesterday.

It was up for a little while yesterday then went back down. I'm not sure who handles the website and back end of things - Disney or Chase Bank - but I hope it gets straightened out!

What in the WORLD is going on with the Disney websites?? The DVC Member site has been having issues. Now it's all sorts of yucky stuff with the Diz Vacation Account site (been trying to input some more gift cards the last few days but can't get into my account!) And the first of this month there were issues logging onto DCL's site if you were getting into your reservation(s). Most irritating. And uncannily coincidental that they all seem to be having issues about the same time…..

Noticed (still) and for a bit this morning, cannot get into my reservation on the DCL site either and now they have a message if searching for a cruise that the site is down for maintenance. So it is not just eh Vacation site or DVC sites having issue. I know overnight the DCL site can be down but normally do not see during the day outside of new itinerary releases.

what is disney vacation account? (i couldnt reach the site to research it bc it was down LOL)
