Disney Vacation Account Error

I'm trying to make a one-time payment into my Disney Vacation Account, but keep getting a message "An error occurred during the payment processing. Please try again later." Has anybody else seen this? Doesn't exactly give me a warm fuzzy feeling regarding the money that I already have in the account. If I was trying to spend the money and the system breaks down, I'll be on full tilt!

This happened to me several times last week when I was trying to open my account. It was very frustrating.

have you tried calling direct to travel line to make payment?
