Disney uk offers combined????

I was just browsing through the UK offers to see when their *free dining* promo begins in the hopes that US offer will be around the same time. When looking at Mousesavers website, it said the the free dining offer was able to be combined with a 47% off Saratoga Springs/OKW stay!!!

Is that offered to US residents as well??? ever!!!???? When I try to combine discounts I'm always told no!. Is this a first?
Maybe a precedent for US free dining?

When we were down there Sept '08 WDW was offering a bounceback discount for the villas at Saratoga Springs or OKW along with free dining for August/Sept 2009. I don't remember what the % off was, but it could only be used for villas at just those two resorts. That's the first time it has ever been offered like that though. I've never seen it offered when the GP promo comes out every spring, nor have I ever seen the bounceback free dining offer like that before and I've been every Sept. since free dining was first offered. lol

Apparently those two resorts are hard for WDW to fill up. I know last fall people who had booked free dining at the values were getting free upgrades and being moved over there.

I know that late Aug/early Sept. people booked at the values were getting random upgrades to the those resorts.
But this is just a plain offer to all...no bounceback, nothing. So I am hoping that they will perhaps open that to US customers as well. Its for August to November... I guess time will tell.
