Hello, this is my first thread, I have had bad experience in ordering free stuff from disneyworld.com
my first time was in Jan 08 when ordered Disney's custom maps and my trip was in March, but they did not deliver my maps until May 08 (4 months later!) this time i ordered the DVD trip planner in October 08 and still have not received anything, my trip is in three weeks and I'm mad that Disney does not have a faster shipping system, has anybody else had this same issue???
