Disney Treasure good room vs concierge

We have a Disney Treasure sailing to West Caribbean in a family verandah room 10668.
We have just been given a 50% voucher for a cancelled cruise.
1. Can we cancel the cruise and rebook same room with 50% voucher?
2. Would a concierge room forward on level 12/13 be a better use of the 50% voucher?
Ie is concierge worth sacrificing the larger balcony of room 10668?

Appreciate any insights as we’ve never been in this position before.

I do not think concierge is worth the current costs but with a 50% voucher AND concierge having their own hot tubs on the Treasure I would switch.

For me it would depend on how many days out you are, if you're far enough out that you can take advantage of the concierge booking window, then yes, I would cancel your current room and pay 50% off a concierge room (provided it's a price point that makes sense even after the 50% off)

I can't cost justify concierge, unless it's opening day prices and then it's still a stretch. But if the price is reasonable-ish after the 50% discount and you're far enough out that you get all the perks, then i'd go for it.

If your 50% off will apply to concierge I would definitely take the concierge.
Especially if you think you would never be able to do concierge again.
Disney does need to up the perks for concierge compared to other lines though.

Yes you will lose the extended balcony but you will gain a large lounge and private sun deck with hot tube.
Neither of which we ever saw real busy.

One of the big perks on the Treasure is the early access to the theater for Moana.
The lines start forming sometimes up to about an hour before the doors open!
And you will get access before the general admission.

They REALLY need to expand the lounge for pre-boarding!!!!!
It is WAY too small for all the concierge guests now.
So arrive to the terminal as early as possible.

We have bounced between concierge and regular veranda recently and sometimes we do miss the little extras of concierge
that are hard to explain.
