Disney Travel insurance and the DVC

I was wondering how many DVC people take out the travel insurance Disney offers. I have never done this and I believe there were restrictions that I didn't like when I looked at the policy years ago. I'm having second thoughts and may consider buying it this time. Can anyone tell me their thoughts on this. I'm no longer sure what the restrictions are. Any place where you can read them? Do you lose you points but are compensated monetarily? Thanks everyone.

The biggest drawback is it's only $5 per point reimbursement (you lose the points). Unless you are at the end of your use year, you could rent those points for more than that. It barely covers dues.
