disney transportation from the water parks

Does return Disney transportation from the water parks back to the resorts run all day? For some reason I understood it only ran in the late afternoon and I want to be sure on this. Thanks again!!

They pick up at BB various times during the day. The bus driver was very helpful when he dropped us off. Told us where the bus would be and what # Bus we needed. In Nov 02 we stayed till closing but Nov 01 we left early afternoon. No problems!
