We are doing Hoop Dee Doo and staying onsite at Port Orleans French Quarter do buses run between the two?
Also doing MNSSHP and staying at CBR that night do the buses run between these two?
what will the approximate travelling times be between the above?

Buses run to the Magic Kingdom for MNSSHP direct from CBR. I think they are supposed to leave every 20 minutes, but in reality, you will seldom wait longer than 10 minutes for a bus. If you are very unlucky it could run to 30 minutes.
It is probably something like a 15 minute bus journey from there.

To get to Hoop Dee Doo I think the best (and prettiest) route would be to get a bus to the Magic Kingdom and then get the boat across to Fort Wilderness from there. It's a lovely ride on the boat.
I would allow at least 1 hour for this.
