Disney Transfers from MIA with 3 year old

We sailing in October on the Magic from Miami. We will be flying in the night before and staying at a hotel near the airport. We have a 3 year old and 9 year old. Are the Disney transfers via Bus? We do not want to bring her car seat so we are limited in our transportation options. My plan is to take the hotel shuttle back to the airport and catch the Disney transportation. It will be $80 each way which is expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions for a cheaper option that can provide a car seat? TIA

I've actually in the same situation, but we may settle for the DCL transport for the experience. But certainly hoping for some suggestions!

We go in October too but live in Miami! Which cruise? Are you flying out of MIA or does Disney have a bus out of MIA to Orlando?

We are flying in and out of MIA. I've researched a few private van companies and they say that we are responsible for the child seat. I'll keep looking!.

It is the 10/4 sailing we are on.
